The TPO-THERM Warm Roof integrates the FLAGON TPO single-layer membrane with rigid PIR or SOPRAROCK mineral wool insulation and a project-specific vapour barrier to create a complete warm-roof assembly. This system positions insulation above the structure to provide continuous thermal performance, minimise energy loss, and eliminate condensation within the roof cavity.
FLAGON TPO is a reinforced TPO polyolefin membrane that delivers strong puncture resistance, excellent UV durability, and heat-welded laps for consistent waterproofing. The membrane is installed without an open flame, using adhesive or mechanical fastening depending on project requirements. A fleece-backed option is available for improved substrate compatibility and aesthetics.
Each TPO-THERM specification includes a project-specific Condensation Risk Analysis (CRA) and Wind Uplift Report following NZS1170.2. The system complies with the New Zealand Building Code and holds a current BRANZ Appraisal. It is supported by a 20-year Equus material warranty when installed by certified applicators.
