Epistixx CP is a semi-gloss, waterborne epoxy coating formulated for interior carparks and underground parking areas. It provides excellent adhesion to concrete and can be used on other substrates with a suitable Equus primer. The coating seals and protects concrete surfaces, helping prevent carbonation and surface breakdown while improving durability in light to medium carpark environments.
The system is designed for projects where downtime must be minimised. Its rapid curing allows early re-use of traffic areas, making it well suited for operational carparks in residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings. Epistixx CP can be applied as a smooth finish or upgraded to a non-slip system where required for pedestrian or vehicle safety.
As a low-VOC, waterborne epoxy, the system is appropriate for enclosed environments with limited ventilation. It provides a decorative, cleanable surface that enhances visibility and reduces dusting on aging concrete slabs.
