Suitable for balconies, terraces, roof decks, and podium areas, Equus Jacks offers flexible installation options ranging from low-height supports and adjustable pedestal systems through to modular grid layouts and purpose-designed installation tools. The system is particularly suited to waterproofed decks and roof terraces where long-term membrane protection and accessibility are important considerations.
By creating a cavity between the finished surface and substrate, the system:
- enables effective drainage and ventilation
- protects underlying waterproofing membranes
- provides access to concealed services when required
- accommodates substrate falls while maintaining a level finished surface
Designed to accommodate a wide variety of project requirements, paving formats, and site conditions, Equus Jacks combines performance, flexibility, and ease of installation. Individual tiles or pavers can be removed and replaced without disturbing adjacent areas, simplifying future maintenance, inspection, and access to underlying services while supporting the long-term performance of the deck assembly.
