The NOVATHERM Warm Roof system uses the NOVA-SK self-adhered cap sheet and base sheet installed over rigid PIR or SOPRAROCK mineral wool insulation and a project-specific vapour barrier. This build-up forms a complete warm-roof assembly that delivers continuous thermal performance and removes condensation risk from within the roof cavity.
NOVA-SK is the only self-adhered two-layer membrane, providing a completely flameless installation method ideal for sites where open flames are restricted. The membranes offer strong adhesive bond strength, stable long-term performance, and a natural slate-chip finish for UV protection and aesthetics. NOVA-SK provides robust weather resistance, easy installation, and reliable waterproofing for exposed flat roofs.
Each NOVATHERM project includes a tailored Condensation Risk Analysis (CRA) and Wind Uplift Report in accordance with NZS1170.2. The system complies with the New Zealand Building Code, is CodeMark Certified, and holds a current BRANZ Appraisal. NOVATHERM is supported by a 20-year Equus material warranty when installed by certified applicators.
