FLAGON TPO is a single-layer synthetic waterproofing membrane manufactured from TPO-modified polyolefin and reinforced with a polyester mesh. The membrane provides strong UV resistance, excellent flexibility, and high puncture resistance, making it suitable for New Zealand’s varied climate conditions.
The upper surface is engineered for weathering and UV durability, while the underside delivers enhanced mechanical strength for impact and puncture resistance. FLAGON TPO requires no open flame during installation. It is installed by adhesive or mechanical fastening, with laps welded using hot-air welding technology to form a consistent, reliable seal. A fleece-backed option is available for applications requiring anaesthetically refined finish or improved substrate compatibility.
FLAGON TPO is suitable for cold roofs, warm roofs, balcony areas, roof gardens, and ballasted systems. It is successfully installed on projects worldwide and is supported locally with full technical guidance from design through installation.
The system is BRANZ appraised, complies with the New Zealand Building Code, and is supplied with a 20-year material warranty.
