Designed by Pattersons, this home on Great Barrier Island presented a highly unique architectural form, with complex roof geometry and detailing requiring careful coordination throughout both the design and construction process.

Working closely together from the outset, Pattersons, Sansom and the Equus technical team collaborated to develop practical waterproofing solutions that supported the architectural vision while ensuring long-term weathertight performance.

The EQUUS SOPREMA DUOTHERM Warm Roof System in Noir was selected for the project, allowing the roofing solution to be successfully integrated into the home's striking architectural form while accommodating the complexity of the roof design.
