Equus SOPREMA Flagon TPO

We have teamed with SOPREMA to launch a world class, cost effective single layer Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing membrane to the New Zealand Market. Equus SOPREMA Flagon TPO is new to the New Zealand market but has been used successfully all over the world. Flagon TPO waterproofing is BBA certified, FM and EN approved, and is manufactured according to the principles of sustainable construction.

Flagon TPO membrane is a synthetic waterproofing membrane manufactured in TPO modified polyolefin, reinforced by a polyester mesh. The upper layer features a high resistance to weather and UV rays, and the under layer provides high puncture resistance. The Flagon TPO membrane requires no open flame during application as the membrane is installed by adhesive, and the laps are welded using heat vulcanising technology.

Flagon TPO is compatible with warm roofs, ballast & roof garden designs, and we provide a full range of accessories. As with our other roofing membranes, Equus Industries provides full technical support including project specific specifications and details, and Quality Assurance throughout the installation.

Flagon TPO membrane can also be used as a waterproofing material for balconies and decks. In this case, the Flagon TPO membrane is overlaid with raised flooring systems such as pedestals and pavers, and pedestals with wooden or aluminium decks.
