Water Repellant & Consolidation

The Equus range of water repellant and consolidation coatings provide colourless coatings designed to protect exterior mineral surfaces or coatings from water, pollution and environmental conditions.

The range of Equus coatings is vast, and the wide variety of available product combinations allow a system to be specifically engineered to a project’s requirements when regarding appearance and service conditions.

Our coatings have a warranty period of 10 years when used in conjunction with the specified systems and applied by a certified Equus contractor.

Colourless, impregnating, soluble salt suppressant for mineral surfaces

A penetrating, soluble salt suppressant for use on porous, even highly alkaline mineral substrates. Equus WBSB restricts the capillary movement of salt impregnated moisture through the mineral substance.

Siloxane-based colourless water repellent

Keim Lotexan is suitable as a water repellent protective treatment for mineral renders and coatings, fair-faced concrete, prefabricated concrete elements, exposed aggregate concrete, calcareous sandstone and fibre-cement boards. Keim Lotexan provides protection from water, acid rain and atmospheric pollution.
