Business Development Manager
Victoria joined the Equus Industries team in 2014, and her role within the company has been evolving ever since. She started as a support person for the sales team and now manages the company’s business development, marketing, and events. Collaborating with the entire Equus team across the country, she operates from the Christchurch office.
Passionate about the business, Victoria enjoys being a part of a team with so much knowledge and experience, seeing growth and improvement, and the daily challenges the construction industry presents.
With a background in the sciences, Victoria earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Canterbury in 2012, followed by postgraduate studies at Lincoln University in 2013.
Outside the office, Victoria is a socially active and busy Mum, actively participating in community netball.
