Operations Manager
Percy served with the NZDF for over 30 years and commenced his role as the Operations Manager in June 2021 after spending a couple of years re-orienting himself to “real life” as a civilian.
Percy has had a steep learning curve since starting with Equus as the manufacture of Equus products is a completely new skill-set for him. Now that he has a grasp of the fundamentals, the learning curve will remain steep as he learns the more advanced skills under Brian’s tutelage.
Outside of work, Percy remains active enjoying the fantastic Marlborough environment either cycling or hiking.
