The annual NZIA Local Architecture Awards honour the architectural excellence in each of the NZIA’s eight regions.
With the disruption of 2020 due to Covid-19, last year’s awards were held virtually so it was fortunate that this year the awards could return to an in-person celebration of architecture and design! The 2021 Local Architecture Awards were held in each region through the months of April and May.
The team at Equus enjoy following the Local Architecture Awards, as we know the amount of work that goes on behind the scenes of each project. As such, we would like to congratulate all Architects and those involved in the shortlisted and winning projects. Being involved in the NZIA Awards it a fantastic achievement.
Of course, we are always excited to see projects with our waterproofing systems featuring at the awards. We are proud to have been involved in several winning projects across the country. We have listed the projects below with the waterproofing systems used and the Equus Certified Applicators responsible for the work, as this is also a good opportunity to celebrate our network of skilled Certified Applicators.
